Vigier Hockey Spring 2027 Female U15 Development Program
Female Hockey Team in Row

At the U15 level, players are entering an important stage of their development where speed, confidence, hockey sense and execution all become increasingly important.

Vigier Hockey’s Spring Female U15 Development Program is designed to help players build the skills and habits needed to become more effective in today’s fast-paced game. The focus will be on developing strong individual skills while teaching players how to apply those skills with purpose, pace and confidence in game situations.

Training will challenge players to make quicker decisions, execute under pressure and become more comfortable playing in traffic and limited space. Through high-tempo drills, repetition and competitive small-area situations, players will work on becoming more complete and confident hockey players.

Training Focus
– Explosive skating, acceleration and edge control
– Puck handling and passing at speed
– Shooting technique and scoring in traffic
– Puck protection and creating space
– Quick reads and decision-making
– Offensive and defensive awareness
– Compete level and battle situations
– Playing confidently under pressure
– Applying individual skills in game situations

At this age, the goal is not simply to improve isolated skills, but to help players understandhow and when to use those skills effectively

Our coaching will place an emphasis on developing players who can play with pace, think quickly, compete hard and make confident decisions with and without the puck.

The Spring Female U15 program is built to prepare players for the increased speed, physicality and expectations they will face as they continue progressing through competitive female hockey.
